Account and Payment Options

Typically, Sign-In issues are due to an incorrect password. If you have forgotten your password, please visit the link below to reset your password. You must enter the correct email address associated with your Sept account.

You will receive a link shortly after submitting, to reset your password. The link link will expire within 10 minutes of being issued. So you will need to start the process over if the link expires.

We encourage our users to create unique passwords, never share your password, and store them in a safe place.

To edit account information, access your client dashboard. In the dashboard you have the ability to edit your first and last name from the “User Information Edit” tab. If you need to edit your email address, please contact support@sept.app.

To edit your phone number or zip code of service, using your client dashboard go to the “Phone/ Zip code” tab. Remember that this zip code allows the platform to best match your location by GPS to potential clients, as they search for available services.

To edit your profile picture, use the “User Information Edit” tab then select the “Profile Picture” tab. Here you can add or edit a profile picture. The image must be less than 1 MB to be viewed properly. This picture will be shown to potential clients, as they search for nearby services.

In your professional dashboard, you have access to your list of earnings from the “My Payments” tab. Here you have the ability to view details of each transaction, and manually withdraw funds by clicking the “Request Funds” tab. Requested Funds will be processed within 3-4 business days.

In “My Payments”, you can view your past withdrawal history from the “Withdraw History” tab.

A Guide to Sept

To create a Sept account you must enter a valid email address. After agreeing to our Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions, you will be asked to create a password to open your account.

You will enter your First and Last name, phone number, and zip code to complete registration of your account. An authentication email will follow. Once you confirm, you’ll be able to start listing your services.

Next, you will be prompted to enter your payment information. Adding a credit or debit card allows your $35 monthly fee to be automatically charged monthly.

Now, you’re all set to add your services.

In your Professional dashboard, you can list your available services through the “Add Service” tab. Provide the service name, price, and additional notes to further explain the service details. After completing this section, save your changes: and automatically add your next service.

You can edit your listed services in the “View/Edit Service” tab at any time. After adding any service the you are automatically placed in available status. If this needs to be changed, click edit and de-select the available status checkbox, making sure to save your changes. In your services list, the status should change from a green check, to a red x: indicating that you are not available for this service.

At this time, our platform only supports the services listed in the drop-down menu. If you have a request to add an additional service to our listings, please email support@sept.app

In your Client Dashboard, use the “Search Service” tab to search available services in your area. Select a service from the drop-down menu and enter the zip code for the requested service. A list of available professionals will be listed, to view their profile, select a professional, and click submit. Here you will find the professionals detailed information, including pricing, and a full list of their services offered.

Now you’re ready to book an appointment! Select a service from the drop-down menu, select your date , and requested time.

At this time the platform only supports the specific services listed in the drop-down menu, if you want to request additional beauty or barbering service, not yet offered, submit a request at support@sept.app
